If you really knew me...

On MTV right now I am watching the tv show "If you really knew me"...

These people go in to American High Schools and talk to the seniors and basically...Help them show how much they deserve love and to show them that everyone is going through something.
For example, the "funny man" of the school may be funny, sure, but "if you really knew him" you would know that he lost is Grandmother, he doesn't live with his Mum, she can't take care of him, so he hides behind laughter.

So, these people come into school and they do a thing called "Challenge Day".
They get you into groups and you have to answer the question If you really knew me...
It honestly made me cry.
How people can go through so much and hide it all.
Basically what they do it make all the seniors in the shcool see that they are not alone, that someone may be popular or smart but they don't really have it all.
It bought all the seniors of the school together.

It honestly seemed like such an emotional and powerful experience.
I would love to do something like that for people.

Show them that they are not alone in life. That you may be going through something, so horrible, but you can overcome it
