Exercise!!

Went for a run/jog/walk...today!
Before i went I did 80 situps, 30 leg lifts and 10 push ups...Push ups are my least Favorite...
Then went for my run..jog...
I started off with a slow jog..maybe for like.. 40 meters then started running harder untill i tripped up. x__x So i walked for a little bit.
Then started running again  until I got around to the lake at uni, I was going to run through the main campus past all the shops..but the uni is annoyingly busy considering it's study week.
So I went through  to where there's a whole bunch of trees and stuff and I did 100 star jumps.
Yes. 100!   and if you don't believe me well you suck.
Then I started a slow jog back to my room.

The hardest part of the whole thing was when I got back to the hall and had to walk up the stairs t my room...
Was not fun.
Anyways, pretty proud of myself.
Next week, Ima do it again!
