I have decided, I am going to start working on my self control.
In more that one way.
My eating habbits, spending money..other things...
Starting kind of a new routine.
I am planning to go for a run once each week, But I may end up skipping it this week because I am sick. :(
Also, I want to do 50 sit ups each night. I need to loose this belly of mine.
I am also, only spending money when Vitally necessary. And not on food and Coke all the time. It's hard..but I am getting there...S l o o w l y.
I just need to get healthy again..as I'm worried that I'm not anymore..
